Dairy Free Meatballs

1 lb. ground beef 
1 small onion chopped
1-3 cloves garlic to taste minced
1/4c. bread crumbs ( I did 2 T oatmeal, 2 T Panko bread crumbs)
1 T. ketchup
2 T. worcestershire sauce
1/4 t. red pepper flakes
1/4 t. dried basil
1/4 t. dried oregano
1/4 t. salt

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Chop the onion and garlic and mix with the ground meat and rest of the ingredients.  Place a layer of foil on a rimmed baking sheet. Thinly coat with a little olive oil.  Begin to shape the meatballs. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes.

Serve with a jar of spaghetti sauce - many to choose from. 
Garofalo pasta- a durham wheat pasta.

Pillsbury bread sticks.
Green beans
